Noah's Art Animal Sanctuary

April 07, 2015  •  Leave a Comment

Last week was Spring Break for the kids, so we wanted to do something special that didn't cost a lot of money. Well, we searched the web and found the Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary. Not only is it FREE, but it also has the "BLT"!  No, not the sandwich, the Bear, lion, & tiger that live together. I remember viewing a few videos on youtube awhile ago and really wanted to see them. So, we packed a picnic and headed out. We were unable to view the "BLT" because they were sleeping in their shady hut, but all of us were really impressed with the sanctuary. All the animals there were really taken care of and you could tell how happy they were to be there. Here are a few photographs I got of a few of the animals, and below is a video my son made of his point of view. :)

"Oh, hi there!"

Yep, that is one big alligator. Somewhere in this pond is a 13 footer!

Mama chicken & chicks. They were so cute!

That is one handsome rooster!

These horses were beautiful!

Basking in the sun...ahhh...the life of a spoiled pig.... ;-)

Check out my son's video:

We had a great visit out at the sanctuary, and we had a wonderful picnic out there as well. I would highly recommend visiting Noah's Ark if you haven't done so already.
